At eClick Electronics, customer satisfaction is important to us. We follow a transparent and fair Return & Refund Policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience while protecting both customers and our business. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


📦 Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy (VERY IMPORTANT)

To raise any return, replacement, or refund request, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.

Unboxing Video Guidelines:

  • The video must start before opening the package

  • The shipping label, sealed package, and full unboxing must be clearly visible

  • The video must be single, uncut, and unedited

  • Product issue (damage, wrong item, missing item) must be clearly shown

  • Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

⚠️ Without a valid unboxing video, no return, replacement, or refund request will be accepted.


🔁 Return Policy

We accept returns only under the conditions mentioned below:

Eligible for Return:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing items in the package

Return Conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging

  • All original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices must be included

  • Return request must be raised from the same account used to place the order

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling

  • Used or installed electronic items

  • Physical damage after delivery

  • Complaints raised after the allowed time period

  • Missing unboxing video proof


🔄 Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be provided only after successful inspection

  • Replacement depends on product availability

  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated


💰 Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will begin.

Refund Process:

  • Inspection may take 2–4 business days

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

COD Refunds:

  • COD refunds are processed via bank transfer

  • Customer must provide correct bank account details

  • Processing time may vary depending on bank procedures


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (damaged / wrong product), return shipping will be covered by us

  • In other cases, return shipping may be borne by the customer


⛔ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed within 3–5 business days


📌 Important Notes for Electronics Products

  • Minor scratches, packaging damage, or box dents do not qualify as damage

  • Warranty (if applicable) is covered by the manufacturer, unless stated otherwise

  • Compatibility issues with customer devices are not eligible for return

  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any return request after inspection
